1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QuickMali mobile applications, website (quickmali.com), and doorstep gardening services provided by QUICKMALI PRIVATE LIMITED ("QuickMali"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered

QuickMali provides professional, real-world doorstep plant care, recurring monthly care subscriptions (e.g. Essential, Care, Plus, Premium, Signature), one-off gardening visits, and landscape makeovers across Noida and Delhi-NCR.

3. Care Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions provide pre-scheduled visit entitlements (e.g. 3 or 4 visits per monthly cycle) distributed evenly across the 30-day term.
• Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer App. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No partial or automatic mid-cycle cash refunds are provided for completed or commenced billing periods.
• Pause & Resume: Customers can self-serve pause up to 30 days per cycle without losing unused visit entitlements.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to balconies, gardens, water sources, and outdoor electrical outlets during scheduled visits.
• Ensure respectful conduct toward assigned gardening professionals. QuickMali maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
