Account Deletion & Data Privacy

Request permanent deletion of your QuickMali Customer or Gardener account and associated personal data.

How Account Deletion Works

In-App Deletion (Instant)

You can immediately initiate account deletion inside the QuickMali Customer App:

  1. Open QuickMali App & sign in.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data.
  4. Confirm the prompt to deactivate access and schedule deletion.

Web Request (24–48 Hours)

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the web request form below using the mobile number registered with your account.

Our privacy team will verify your phone number and process account closure within 48 business hours.

What data is deleted vs retained:

  • Permanently Deleted: Profile details (name, photo), saved addresses, active login sessions, device push tokens, and active cart items.
  • Legally Retained: Historical tax invoices, payment transaction IDs, completed service visit proof, and GST records are retained strictly as mandated by the Indian Companies Act 2013 and GST Rule 56 for statutory accounting periods.
